There’s a server connection issue to 2 of our servers at the data center. We expect this to be resolved very shortly. See: http://status.uk2.net/

6:03 pm :  This issue now appears to be resolved.

We’re experiencing a temporary connection issue to 2 of our servers at the data center.

The servers themselves are not affected, its just that there’s no connection to them.

The data center is working on the problem now.

12:04pm :  Issue resolved.

1:15pm : We  currently have an email sending issue with our main server. We’re working on it now.

1:40pm : Issue resolved. Email sending fine now.

Resolved.

The email issues are still ongoing, although Supreme Support is now making progress with the problem. Stuck messages are being removed from the queue and things are improving.

Update 11:30am : The mail queue is gradually being processed and the server is catching up with the backlog. Customers are now able to log on and retrieve their email.

Update 2:30pm : Almost back to normal now. There’s still a small backlog of email going through the queue so some messages will arrive later than expected.

Update 3:30pm : All back to normal now. Emails are flying through the server without delay and all queued messages have been delivered.

Issues resolved.

We are currently experiencing email issues with our main email server.

We have Supreme Support working on it at the data center. Please bear with us while we try and resolve this problem.

We will post here when we have a resolution.

Update 6:30pm : we’re still waiting on Supreme Support (!?) to resolve the issue.
