The email issues are still ongoing, although Supreme Support is now making progress with the problem. Stuck messages are being removed from the queue and things are improving.
Update 11:30am : The mail queue is gradually being processed and the server is catching up with the backlog. Customers are now able to log on and retrieve [...]
We are currently experiencing email issues with our main email server.
We have Supreme Support working on it at the data center. Please bear with us while we try and resolve this problem.
We will post here when we have a resolution.
