Email Authentication Issue (2011-10-6)
The email authentication has now been solved. Some of our users noticed that the login box popped up when they tried to send email, asking them for their username and password.
Status : Fixed.

Server Connection Issue 3rd August 2009 (2009-8-3)
There’s a server connection issue to 2 of our servers at the data center. We expect this to be resolved very shortly. See: http://status.uk2.net/

Server Connection Issue 12 June 2009 (2009-6-12)
We’re experiencing a temporary connection issue to 2 of our servers at the data center.
The servers themselves are not affected, its just that there’s no connection to them.
The data center is working on the problem now.

Email Sending Issue 8th June 2009 (2009-6-8)
1:15pm : We currently have an email sending issue with our main server. We’re working on it now.
1:40pm : Issue resolved. Email sending fine now.
Resolved.
Email Issues 20 May 2009 (2009-5-20)
The email issues are still ongoing, although Supreme Support is now making progress with the problem. Stuck messages are being removed from the queue and things are improving.
Update 11:30am : The mail queue is gradually being processed and the server is catching up with the backlog. Customers are now able to log on and retrieve [...]
Email Issues (2009-5-19)
We are currently experiencing email issues with our main email server.
We have Supreme Support working on it at the data center. Please bear with us while we try and resolve this problem.
We will post here when we have a resolution.
Update 6:30pm : we’re still waiting on Supreme Support (!?) to resolve the issue.
